If your purchase does not satisfy you, you can request a return within 14 days from delivery. After this period, it will no longer be possible to proceed with the return. Please carefully follow the procedure below.

Return procedure:

• Log in to your account using the email address used at the time of the order.
• In the “Orders” section, select the order you wish to return and click on “Request Return”.
• Indicate the reason for the return and add any additional notes.
• You will receive an email with all the instructions to correctly complete the return.

Important: all items from the same order must be shipped together; returns sent in multiple shipments will not be accepted.

Product conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and seals intact. Follow these steps:

• Print the label that will be sent to you by email from our Customer Service.
• Apply it to the original packaging, covering the original shipping label.
• Returns made with labels different from those provided may not be accepted.
• For extra-EU returns: print, complete, and insert 3 copies of the “return proforma invoice” (received by email) into the transparent envelope to be applied to the outside of the package.

Arrange the pickup:

• Contact DHL by phone through the center in your country, or
• Book the pickup directly on DHL Express.

Once we receive the return, we will send you an email notification and proceed with the refund.

Note: if the products do not meet the conditions indicated above, it will not be possible to accept the return or refund the amount paid. Alternatively, you may request the product to be sent back to you at your own expense, in the same condition in which it was received, by contacting our Customer Service.
